Honey Lime Roasted Carrots
These sweet and tangy carrots are so yummy that they will please every veggie-hating picky eater in the house!
Ingredients
- 6-8 medium carrots about 1 bunch, washed, unpeeled, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, oil, honey and salt until well combined.

Put the carrot slices in bowl with honey-lime mixture and toss to coat.

Place on a baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes
