If I could eat snacks for every meal of the day, I would. Seriously. It would probably look something like this…
Snack #1: Spoonful of nut butter
Snack #2: Apple
Snack #3: Raisins
Snack #4: Cheese and crackers
Snack #5: Chips and hummus
Snack #6: Edamame
Snack #7: Toast with more cheese
Snack #8: Dark chocolate and pretzels
Snack #9: Popcorn
Snack #10: Carrots (because…balance)
The only problem is that my diet would lack vegetables, and I really wouldn’t get much protein. Or enough calories. But if I ate those things everyday, I would be happy. The bottom line is that I really love snacks. So much so that I’ve created many snack recipes over the year, like Pumpkin Pie Granola, Salt & Pepper Crunchy Chickpeas, Cinnamon Roasted Almonds, Cocoa Popcorn and the list goes on. And now I’ve created another one for you–Everything Crackers.
These homemade crackers were insanely easy to make. It actually surprised me how quickly they came together and how good they taste. With just 6 ingredients, these are the perfect good-for-you snack to pair with some hummus to fight off mid-afternoon hunger or put out for guests at holiday get togethers. They will definitely be impressed with your domesticated spirit.
Tell me in the comments–what’s your favorite snack?

Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut into 1"x1" squares. Use a spatula to peel the crackers off the counter and place on a parchment lined backing sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
