Free At-Home Workouts To Do During Coronavirus Outbreak

Greenletes / Sports Nutrition / Free At-Home Workouts To Do During Coronavirus Outbreak

Times are tough during the coronavirus, especially for those who usually engage in group fitness. For all the runners out there, keep doing what you’re doing. Harvard Medical school actually recommends getting outside for a run or a walk.

But if you want to add some strength training to your routine or are just looking to change things up, there are a ton of free work-outs on a multitude of platforms right now. These are mostly bodyweight exercises, and they require very little space (I did one in a NYC living room.)

at-home workouts for during coronavirus outbreak

I’ve divided this list into two categories:

  • YouTube workouts that are always free
  • Free streaming on social media

I hope this list helps to keep you fit and as relaxed as possible during these uncertain and trying times.

Always free

I’ve been doing at-home workout videos on YouTube for years. There is so much variety, and you can really get a good workout in. Whether you’re looking for cardio, HIIT, pilates, yoga, boxing, dancing or anything in between, YouTube has enough content to keep you covered for a long time.

Here are some of my favorite channels:
