Step 2: After the call, you’ll receive notes from our chat and information on packages and pricing. I’ll suggest how I think we can work together to meet your goals! 

Step 3: You’ll be sent paperwork to complete and an invoice.

Step 4: We’ll email to schedule our first call! For each call, I’ll contact you via phone or video (up to you!). I’ll get a sense of your diet and lifestyle, and then we’ll create an action oriented plan to meet your needs. There will be plenty of time to answer your questions. And I follow up with a detailed and realistic plan for you to follow before our next call. 

Step 5: All programs include unlimited email contact and thorough after-call summaries with your plan.

I don’t accept insurance at this time. I am committed to providing the highest level of service, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. I work with each client to address their individual needs and create a plan that works for them. 

I’m located in New York City area, but I work virtually with clients all over the world.

Natalie is the best!  Natalie consolidates her plant based mission to help athletes fuel, be strong and healthy and to perform, with gentle, motivating but practical encouragement and support.  I wanted to be predominantly plant based, I wanted to recover from injury and a stomach ulcer and I wanted to run marathons again… but I had no idea how to achieve all of that in combination; Add to that – in general my relationship with food could at best be described as hectic.  Natalie was the answer in one. With Natalie’s help my approach to food and nutrition changed completely. I am chronic pain free, back to running and the food on my plate is more plant based than I ever thought it could be.  I am forever grateful.
