This coaching is designed for people who are ready to take action and build sustainable habits that actually fit their lifestyle.

How It Works

Step 1: Apply for Coaching

Fill out a short application so I can learn more about your goals, training routine, and nutrition challenges.

If it looks like a good fit, you’ll be invited to book a session.


Step 2: Your First Strategy Session

We’ll meet 1:1 (video or phone) for a 60-minute deep dive into your current routine, fueling habits, and goals.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Clear next steps for your nutrition
  • A personalized fueling strategy
  • Immediate changes you can implement

Step 3: Ongoing Coaching & Support

We’ll continue working together through follow-up sessions to refine your plan, troubleshoot challenges, and build consistency.

You’ll also get:

  • Personalized notes and action steps after every session
  • Ongoing email support for questions and accountability

What We’ll Work On

This is not a generic meal plan. It’s a personalized approach to help you:

  • Fuel your runs and workouts without energy crashes
  • Eat enough (and the right balance) to support performance
  • Transition to or optimize a plant-based diet
  • Prevent GI issues during training and racing
  • Nail your pre-, during-, and post-workout nutrition
  • Simplify meal planning so it fits your busy life
