Ingredients
1/2cupcherries (fresh or frozen)pitted
25.3 ounce containerscoconut flavored Greek or Skyr Yogurt
1tablespoonmaple syrup(or agave)
2tablespoonsshredded coconutoptional
Instructions
In a food processor, puree the cherries.
In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt and agave.
Using a muffin tin, add a spoonful of yogurt mixture to one of the muffin holes. Add a spoonful of cherries on top of the yogurt mixture. Cover with another spoonful of yogurt. Repeat until muffin tins are filled.
Sprinkle each bite with shredded coconut, if using.
