Baked Lime Tortilla Chips

4-ingredient vegan baked lime tortilla chips are healthier than the store bought version and so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lime
  • coarse salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Slice a small tortilla into 6 triangular pieces (Make one slice down the middle, then two slices across). Place sliced tortilla, oil and salt in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • Lay out the tortilla slices on a parchment lined baking sheet. Try to make sure they aren’t touching.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then use tongs to flip and bake for an additional 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Take them out of the oven and grate fresh lime zest on top. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
