Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon seeds chia, flax or hemp

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup and peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
  • On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, spread the Greek yogurt mixture. Use a spatula to create a bark that is about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Top the yogurt mixture with mixed berries and seeds. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
