Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup oats
  • 4 clementines peeled
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  • Bring water to a bowl and add oats. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
  • Divide the oatmeal among four bowls and top each with 1 clementine, 1 tablespoon of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
