Ingredients
4cupswater
1cupoats
4clementinespeeled
¼cupcoconut milk
¼cupmaple syrup
¼cupunsweetened shredded coconut
¼cupchia seeds
Instructions
Bring water to a bowl and add oats. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
Divide the oatmeal among four bowls and top each with 1 clementine, 1 tablespoon of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
