Cauliflower Shawarma
Cauliflower coated in Middle Eastern spices we all know and love.

- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl, combine the cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, coriander, ginger, cardamom, salt and cayenne. Set aside
Add the cauliflower to a large bowl and pour oil on top. Add the spices to the cauliflower and toss well to coat.
Lay out the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Toss in the middle of cooking.
