Blueberry Maple Walnut Trail Mix

Vegan Blueberry Maple Walnut Trail Mix is healthy and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons seeds flax, chia or hemp
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil (any neutral oil will work)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup freeze-dried blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the oats, walnuts, seeds, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, add the maple syrup and oil and whisk until well combined. Add the maple syrup mixture to the dry ingredients and stir to coat well.
  • Lay out the oat mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  • When the oats come out of the oven, let them cool for 5-10 minutes. Add the freeze-dried blueberries to the oats and enjoy!
