In a food processor or blender, combine dates, chocolate chips, almonds, coconut flakes and 1 teaspoon of almond powder. Process until finely chopped.
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of almond powder and sea salt.
Using a teaspoon, scoop out a small bowl from the date and chocolate mixture. Press it together so it forms a small lump. Roll the lump in the almond flour and then roll into a ball. Place on a plate covered in parchment paper. Repeat until all of the date mixture has been used. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
