Turmeric Egg Sandwich with Swiss Chard & Feta on Dave's Killer Bread

Turmeric Egg Sandwich

  • 2 cups chopped Swiss chard
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 slices Dave's Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains and Seeds
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese


  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped Swiss chard, eggs, turmeric, cumin, crushed red pepper, sea salt and milk and whisk until combined. 

  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium high heat for two minutes. Add egg mixture to pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, toast the bread. 

  4. When everything is cooked, compile the sandwiches. Put the egg mixture in between two slices of bread and top with crumbled feta cheese.
