Spicy White Bread Dip
Recipe Adapted From The Fertility Foods Cookbook
Servings 8 servings
- 1 can 15 ounces white navy beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Place beans, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mint leaves, crushed red pepper and salt in a food processor.
Process for 2-3 minutes, then remove lid and scrape down sides of the bowl with a spatula.
Pulse an additional minute, or until desired texture is reached.
