Everything Crackers

Servings 30 crackers


  • 1 cup and 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader Joe's


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt. Stir until combined.
  3. Add the olive oil and water to the bowl and mix well. You may need to use your hands. The final product should be a wet mixture.
  4. Dust your countertop or a cutting board with flour. Place the dough mixture on the flour and roll out with a rolling pin (should be bout 1/8 inch thick).
  5. Sprinkle the rolled out dough with everything seasoning.
  6. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut into 1"x1" squares. Use a spatula to peel the crackers off the counter and place on a parchment lined backing sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
