Brussels Sprouts Pizza

Make a homemade, healthy & DELISH pizza with Brussels sprouts, cheese, red onion and an egg on top in less than twenty minutes flat!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole grain naan bread
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
  • 6-7 pieces of shaved parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons red onion diced
  • 1 cup shredded Brussels sprout
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Top the naan bread with shredded cheddar and shaved parmesan. Then sprinkle the red onion and shave Brussels sprouts on top.
  • Crack an egg onto the middle of the pizza. Drizzle the entire thing with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the egg sets.
