Veggie Air Fryer Pizza

This healthy air fryer pizza recipe has ripe tomatoes, zucchini, fresh mozzarella, garlic, and it’s ready in about 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 4 medium tomatoes thinly slices
  • ½ zucchini thinly sliced
  • ½ yellow squash thinly slices
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the pizza dough in half. Sprinkle one half of the dough with ½ tablespoon of flour and spread the dough until it’s about the size of the air fryer basket.
  3. Drizzle ½ tablespoon of olive oil on the spread dough and place it olive oil side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Remove the dough from the air fryer and layer on 4 ounces of fresh mozzarella, ½ the tomato slices, ½ the zucchini slices, ½ the summer squash slices and ½ the garlic. Drizzle with ½ tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt.

  5. Cook for 4 minutes in the air fryer. Rotate the basket and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
