In a large bowl, combine the chopped Swiss chard, eggs, turmeric, cumin, crushed red pepper, sea salt and milk and whisk until combined.
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium high heat for two minutes. Add egg mixture to pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast the bread.
When everything is cooked, compile the sandwiches. Put the egg mixture in between two slices of bread and top with crumbled feta cheese.
