Vegan Couscous with Za'atar Vinaigrette

This vegan couscous is a simple side dish ready in 10 minutes. With a unique za'atar vinaigrette, parsley & sliced almonds!

The ingredients:

Step 1:

Bring water to a boil and add couscous. Remove it from the heat and fluff with a fork.

Step 2:

Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil & za'atar seasoning in a bowl.

Step 3:

Toast slivered almonds over medium heat in a skillet until golden brown.

Step 4:

Mix together couscous, parsley & za'atar vinaigrette & top with toasted slivered almonds.
