No Added Sugar Blueberry Pecan Pancakes

These healthy blueberry pancakes have NO ADDED SUGAR! They are a simple mixture of whole wheat flour, oats, mashed bananas, milk, eggs, and spices. 

The ingredients:

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

Step 2:

In a separate bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add in wet ingredients and stir.

Step 3:

Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together. Add blueberries and pecans and stir.

Step 4:

Heat frying pan on high heat and coat with cooking spray or butter.

Step 5:

Pour batter onto pan and heat one side until bubbles start to form, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and repeat on other side.

Step 6:

Top with banana slices, a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar, or a drizzle of syrup, and enjoy!
