With 4th of July just around the corner, there is no denying that summer is in full swing. It’s become quite apparent to me that I love creating summer recipes. While sweet potatoes, apples, pumpkin and kale make me happy in the winter, nothing beats berries, watermelon, peaches, zucchini, corn and tomatoes in the summer. That’s why I’m rounding up my top 10 summer recipes from the blog in this fun video.
